Referee - James Milliner-Woodcock
I live in Camborne with my wife, Victoria, and I am looking forward to my second season on the National Panel.Rugby has had a huge influence in my direction in life; I played from the age of 5 to 22 for Truro RFC and followed Truro RFC.
I started refereeing in April 20102 becuase of injury. I am now looking to continue this proegression afer referring one level 3 game last season, and to have the opportunity to do that again this season.
My ambition is to continue my officiating at National Panel and to referee at Twickenham.
Ryan Yeoman (Assistant Referee)
Having been part of this sport for nearly 30 years, Ryan is now using that experience as a referee, giving back to the game.
Playing for National League side Newbury, Aldermaston and locally OPMs, Then coaching for 7 years he adds a wealth of positional experience to the roles of referee and assistant referee.

I'm a full stack developer by day, and I've been a Plymouth rugby referee for over 10 years, and love every minute, I'm Welsh after all.

Harry Groves (Referee)
Harry Groves is 19 years old and from Plymouth. He's played rugby since an early age picking up representative honours for Devon and also the Exeter Chiefs Outreach Academy.
Harry studies at the University of Plymouth where he also now plays the game. His focus in now on refereeing and he looks to progress in the refereeing world.
Paul Stinchcombe (Assistant Referree)
Ex Royal Navy, I have been reffing for 30 years and have played and reffed all over the world.
Married with 1 daughter and 2 step children. Member or Royal Navy and Plymouth referees society
Whiskey Walker (Assistant Referee)
I'm Ex Navy, married with two grown up rugby playing boys, refereeing for about 15 years. Member of Devon Rugby Referee’s society.
Dr Paul Giles is a GP with a special interest in Sports Medicine. He is a Partner at Beacon Medical Group, based at Plympton Health Centre and also works in the iCATS Knee Clinic at Mt Gould Hospital. Paul has been Club Doctor at Plymouth Argyle since 2000, and is a Sports Physician for British Diving, providing Medical Support to Elite-level Divers based at Plymouth Life Centre. He has been British Team Doctor for British Diving at World Series Events in Beijing and Dubai.

CS Sports Massage Therapies
Level 3 sports massage therapist and former Royal Navy Medical Assistant of 10 years, Chris spent his career keeping service personnel fit and healthy from recruits in training to marines and soldiers on operations over seas. Finding a passion for the assessment and treatment of a range of sporting injuries Chris left the Navy in 2015 to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist. Now in his second year at Plymouth University Chris is building on and fine tuning the skills he learnt in the RN. When not revising for exams Chris plays rugby for Devonport Services RFC and previously represented the RN under 21s.
Based out of Imperium Gym Plymouth CS Sports Massage Therapies provides a range of massage treatments, at great rates, to assist with the prevention of or recovery from a range of injuries, not just those that occur on the sports pitch. Along side the coaches at Imperium gym Chris strives to return all his clients to the highest level of function they can achieve.
